Are you a registered business?
Yes, we are a fully registered business in the state of New South Wales (ABN 11785060100). We also have current General & Public Liability Insurance and Working With Children Checks.
How do I book a Glam Us Up Party party?
Click on the “Bookings/Contact” tab on the website, send an email to glamusup@gmail.com or call Tina on 0404 484 054 with the details of your party date and guest numbers.
Do you have party invitations?
Prior to the day of the Pamper Party, we will send you out professionally designed invitations for you to print out and use.
Our aim is to make the experience totally stress free and enjoyable for you and your Little Beauties
Are your parties only for birthdays?
No, our parties are suitable for any occasion! Some of the other events we have hosted include a girls’ basketball and netball teams team break-ups and a communion . We are happy to tailor packages to your needs.
What age group do you cater for ?
Glam Us Up offers parties for girls 4-14.
How far in advance shall I book a party?
The earlier the better. Sometimes we have people booking a full 6 months in advance. Generally speaking though, a 2-3 month window prior to the party is ideal, 1 month we can usually accommodate you and any less there is a chance we may be booked out. Please contact us to check if we can fit you in on your preferred date and time.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance is payable one week prior to confirmed party date.
What happens if I have to cancel my party?
If you cancel your party within 2 weeks of the confirmed party date, your 50% deposit will be refunded. If you cancel during the week leading up to your party, unfortunately no refund will be given.

Do I need to stay at the party?
You don’t have to stay however we make sure you have left signed consent forms with the host as no treatments will be carried out without them.
I want to book a party but I have less guests than the package quantity. Can I do this and how much will it cost?
Yes of course we can do it! We do have a minimum spend for all parties so in the case where there are fewer girls our party host will give your birthday girl extra treats to make up the time. This means you are still getting value for money and your birthday girl will still feel extra special.These can be discussed at time of booking.
I'm not sure if I want to book a party yet but I would like to know if the date and time is available. How do I go about this?
For all questions and enquiries please send us an email with your enquiry. A response will be emailed back to you promptly letting you know if the time and date is available. Please do not fill in a booking request unless you are committed to the booking. If you are committed to a booking and fill in the request and the date and time is unavailable you will be contacted letting you know what other dates and times are available.
Can I bring in my own birthday cake?
Yes of course! We do however provide birthday cakes and cup cakes at extra cost.
Do you provide food?
Yes we do provide food for the parties, please see site for details.
Do you want to know if any guest has allergies to products , candy bar or food?
At the time of booking please specify any allergies we may need to know in regards to any of the guests joining the party.
